Vancouver’s ADU rules run under VMC Title 20 (2026 Unified Development Code) (Ordinance M-4533). Vancouver replaced its entire Title 20 in Ordinance M-4533, adopted June 1, 2026 and effective July 31, 2026 — three weeks before this verification. Both major code aggregators are still serving the superseded code: vancouver.municipal.codes states it is current only through an ordinance from December 2025.
