The full verified corpus — every rule with its code citation, the superseded rule where we’ve verified one, the changing ordinance, effective dates, and verification dates — as JSON (full structure, including FAQs, quirks, sources, and watchlists) or CSV (one row per city per rule).

License: CC BY 4.0. Use it in research, reporting, tools, or analysis — commercial use included — with attribution: name ADU Ledger and link to aduledger.com. The data is verified against primary sources per our methodology, but rules change — pull fresh rather than caching stale copies, and check the changelog. Not legal advice.
